Roof Edge Protection - Tempe
On the project Stronghold Hire was tasked to provide roof edge protection to enable the client to safely work on the roof of a double-story residential building. The project consisted of a loft conversion and another lift being put in.
Roof Edge Protectoin Systems Used:
On this job, we opted to use our pole-up system, with its double-story capability and tight access to either side of the building due to neighboring properties it was the perfect solution. Due to the additional height, we used a couple of wall ties to ensure structural strength.
Benefits of Pole-Up Edge Protection System
One of the reasons that we decided to choose this system was that it can be installed with limited access and the pole-up system normally uses surface pressure, so no fixings are required thus meaning no patch-ups required. The footprint of the pole-up systems is also very small, just the size of a small wooden board!
